By submitting your documentation, you confirm that:

You are authorized to share this content (as tenant, witness, or resident)

You understand your visibility options (public or private)

You grant us non-exclusive rights to use public uploads for reporting and advocacy

You will receive a confirmation email and a case number. If you need your files to remain private, please specify that in your message (Private Hire pricing applies).


To make these images more compelling as proof, they should ideally:

Be clear and well-lit.

Show the full context (e.g., damaged appliances or areas, along with surrounding conditions).

Include timestamps, if possible, or other metadata that supports the authenticity and timeliness of the photo.

These images could then be uploaded to the website with detailed descriptions, helping tenants build a case against non-compliant landlords.
